Getting the premium features will come at a cost and a subscription plan. Benefits includes:

  • Free deposit and withdrawal charges as low as 0.5%
  • Accepts payment from some of the most notable exchanges like Binance, Bybit, Kucoin etc.
  • Analysis dashboard that gives you detailed description of your product, store and profit.
  • Access to a programming tool engineered to filter product CARD PASSWORD and PIN from purchased raw data.

User Agreement
Nature of Service: Isellvouchers is a commercial marketplace connecting buyers and sellers directly. Isellvouchers accepts your payments for products placed by sellers based on pre-negotiated agreements with them. However, isellvouchers is not a party in your transaction with the seller and is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages and/or losses that may arise due to default by either party.
Non-Interference: Isellvouchers do not interfere with the transaction process but provide a convenient interface. While Isellvouchers endeavors to facilitate smooth transactions, it cannot guarantee the honesty of sellers and is not responsible for product quality. Isellvouchers is only responsible for the timely delivery of the product after payment.

  • Carefully read the product descriptions and seller information before making a purchase.
  • Verify the seller's credentials and read reviews from other buyers.
  • Use the platform’s features to communicate with sellers for any clarifications before proceeding with a transaction.
  • Be aware that while isellvouchers provide a platform for transactions, the actual transaction and product quality assurance is between the buyer and the seller.
Dispute Resolution: If any issues arise, users can open a dispute within 24 hours of payment. The seller will be notified and must respond within 24 hours. If the seller fails to respond, the matter can be escalated to the Isellvouchers administration for resolution.

Seller Agreement
Nature of Service: Sellers use Isellvouchers to list their products and connect with buyers. Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and Isellvouchers policies, ensuring they have the legal right to sell the listed products.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Sellers must provide accurate and complete product descriptions.
  • Sellers are responsible for the timely delivery of products within 24 hours of payment.
  • Sellers must address any disputes or issues raised by buyers promptly and fairly.
Compliance and Conduct:
  • Sellers must not list illegal products or engage in fraudulent activities.
  • Sellers must maintain respectful communication and avoid using abusive language towards buyers and Isellvouchers staff.
  • Sellers should not solicit offsite trades to ensure the safety and integrity of transactions on Isellvouchers.
Dispute Handling: Sellers must respond to disputes within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in account restrictions or refunds being processed by Isellvouchers on behalf of the buyer.

Prohibited Activities

  • Providing false information during registration.
  • Multiple registrations by a single person.
  • Using the marketplace as an e-currency exchange service.
  • Demanding feedback removal in exchange for refunds or replacements.
  • Communicating or transacting outside the Isellvouchers platform.
  • Engaging in abusive or aggressive behavior.

Final Provisions
Liability: Isellvouchers provides services "as is" without warranties. It is not liable for any interruptions or issues that arise due to external factors. Isellvouchers’ maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for its services.
Changes to Terms: Isellvouchers may amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective three days after posting on the website. Continued use of Isellvouchers Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of Isellvouchers’ operation. By using Isellvouchers, you agree to these Terms of Service. Ensure you understand your responsibilities and rights as a user or seller to maintain a fair and trustworthy marketplace environment.

Product Choice
1.1. Virtual Product Nature: Understand that you're purchasing virtual products, which you can't physically inspect before buying. Most misunderstandings in online shopping stem from customers hurrying and not thoroughly reading the terms of sale/delivery or product descriptions. So, take your time to study all available information about the product and the seller.
1.2. Product Selection Recommendations:
1.2.1. Product Description: Carefully read the product description to ensure it meets your expectations. The seller provides all product information, so you should clearly understand what you're getting before payment. Contact the seller directly if you have questions or concerns. The seller's response time and the detail in their reply can help you evaluate their reliability.
1.2.2. Purchase and Feedback: Check the number of product purchases and any returns. Read both positive and negative feedback, paying special attention to the seller's responses to these reviews.
1.2.3. Seller's Page: Review the seller's page, noting their registration date and contact details. This information is provided by the seller and not verified by the market administration.
1.2.4. Experience Level: Note the seller’s experience level, which ranges from beginner to expert. This rating, influenced by customer feedback, reflects the seller's reputation.
1.2.5. Sales Volume: Check the total sales by the seller. A high number of sales and a high rating suggest a trustworthy seller.
1.2.6. External Information: Look up information about the seller from external sources like Google and Facebook groups.

Payment for products.
2.1. Payment Process: Choose your preferred payment option on the product description page and click the "pay" button.
2.2. Crypto Transactions: When dealing with crypto, carefully choose the correct network (e.g., USDT TRC20, ERC20, POLYGON). For premium users, ensure you enter the correct email/user ID. Incorrect network choices can result in lost funds, which are non-refundable. Isellvouchers can provide a $50 transaction tracking service, but recovery is not guaranteed.
2.3. Refunds: Refunds are credited to your Isellvouchers account balance, regardless of the original payment method. If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one. Conversion expenses for electronic currencies are not compensated.

Product Delivery
3.1. Instant Delivery: Isellvouchers offers instant digital product delivery, usually within 24 hours. You will receive the product via email immediately after successful payment.

Feedback
4.1. Leave Feedback: You can leave and edit feedback for every product purchased. Feedback directly affects the seller's rating.

Prohibited activities.
5.1. Behaviour: Do not use abusive or aggressive language or images, swear, threaten, harass, or abuse others, including users and company staff.

What to Do if Cheated?
6.1. Stay Calm: Most issues stem from misunderstandings, not fraud. Often, misunderstandings occur because buyers don’t read the terms or product descriptions carefully.
6.2. Steps to Take:
6.2.1. Review: Re-read the product description and purchase conditions. If the issue was your oversight, contact the seller to explain and resolve the matter.
6.2.2. Dispute: If the product doesn't match the description, open a dispute within 24 hours of payment. The seller will be notified to contact you. If there's no response within 24 hours, escalate to the administrator. Note that only directly affected parties can have their complaints considered.

Dispute Resolution
7.1. Dispute Agreement: By opening a dispute, you agree to the following: 7.1.1. Partial Refund Offers: Accept or decline within 72 hours, or the offer will be automatically accepted.
7.1.2. Response Time: Not responding within 72 hours results in automatic acceptance.
7.1.3. Closure: Once closed, disputes cannot be reopened.

Buyer's Protection
8.1. Avoid Offsite Trades: Do not accept offsite trade offers from sellers to avoid scams. 8.2. Support Limitations: Offsite trades are not supported by Isellvouchers in mediation or compensation. 8.3. Report Offsite Solicitation: Report any sellers soliciting offsite trade. If sufficient proof is provided and action is taken against the seller, you will be rewarded. 8.4. Information Requests: Provide requested information to the market administration within 5 days. Failure to do so may result in an unfavorable resolution.

Seller Agreement

9. Status and Liabilities of the Parties
9.1. Isellvouchers Market Admin:
9.1.1 Service Nature: Isellvouchers provides an interface for instant transactions of digital products.
9.1.2 Agreement Amendments: The admin can amend this agreement, effective three days after posting.
9.1.3. Payment Nature: Payments are made using electronic currencies, not state currencies, and terms like "purchase" and "sale" are for convenience only.
9.1.4. Disputes: The admin does not participate in buyer-seller disputes.
9.1.5. Product Responsibility: The admin is not responsible for the products sold.
9.1.6. Exclusive Rights: The admin may grant exclusive selling rights for a specified period.
9.1.7. Price Thresholds: The admin can set minimum prices for products or site sections.
9.1.8. Content Removal: The admin can remove non-compliant information from the website.
9.1.9. Service Refusal: The admin can refuse services for illegal activities or negative ratings.
9.1.10. Account Blocking: Seller accounts can be temporarily blocked if a dispute is opened.
9.1.11. Refund Authority: The admin can refund a buyer if a seller does not respond within three days to negative feedback.
9.1.12. Suspension Rights: The admin can suspend or terminate accounts for unlawful activities.
9.1.13. Document Requests: The admin can request proof of product origin and extend fund withdrawal periods if the source is doubtful.

Isellvouchers Market Sellers
9.2.1. Seller Responsibilities: Sellers must comply with this agreement.
9.2.2. Legal Right: Sellers must have the legal right to sell their products.
9.2.3. Prohibited Products: Sellers cannot sell illegal products, viruses, copyrighted materials, or products that violate common sense and this agreement.
9.2.4 Liabilities: Sellers must fulfil their obligations to the admin.
9.2.5. Accurate Registration: Sellers must provide accurate registration data.
9.2.6. Advertising Restrictions: Sellers cannot use third-party advertising material.
9.2.7. Product Appearance: Sellers must meet product appearance requirements.
9.2.8. Category Placement: Sellers must place products in the correct categories.
9.2.9. Timely Delivery: Sellers must deliver products within 24 hours of payment.

Payments for Isellvouchers
10.1. Fees: Use of Isellvouchers is partially free, with fees charged upon successful transactions.
10.2. Fee Changes: Fees may be introduced or changed, with advance notice provided.
10.3. Additional Fees: Extra fees may be imposed on certain product categories.
10.4. Crypto Payments: A $50 fee applies for recovering funds sent to the wrong crypto network.
10.5. Fraud Prevention: Seller funds are restricted for 24 hours after crediting.

Disclaimer of Warranties
11.1 Service as-is: Isellvouchers services are provided "as is" without warranties.
11.2. Access Interruptions: Access may be interrupted by unforeseen forces.
11.3. Product Rights: No warranties on product property rights, suitability, or non-violation of third-party rights.
11.4. Seller Actions: No warranties on seller actions.

Final Provisions
12.1. Dispute Resolution: Disputes between users and Isellvouchers Market Admin will be resolved through negotiation.
12.2. Loss Compensation: No compensation for losses due to violation of the agreement.
12.3. Liability Limit: Maximum liability is the equivalent amount paid for Isellvouchers services.

Prohibited Actions
13.1. False Information: Providing false information during registration is prohibited.
13.2. Multiple Registrations: Multiple registrations by one person are forbidden.
13.3. E-currency Exchange: Using the market as an e-currency exchange service is prohibited.
13.4 Feedback Removal Demands: Sellers cannot demand buyers to remove negative feedback in exchange for replacement or refunds.
13.5 Offsite Communication: Correspondence must occur on Isellvouchers.com. External communication is prohibited.
13.6 Behaviour: Abusive language or behaviour towards users or staff is prohibited.

Withdrawal Operations
14.1. Processing Time: Withdrawal operations are processed within up to 24 hours.

Offsite Trading
15.1. Trade Practices: Isellvouchers ensure order safety and resolution of problems.
15.2. Feedback Check: Offsite trade risks include the inability to leave feedback or open disputes.
15.3. Administration: No support for offsite trades by Isellvouchers.
15.4. Reward for Reporting: Report offsite trade solicitations for potential rewards.

Seller Rating
16.1. Understanding: Seller rating is determined by user feedback.
Reporting Violations

17.1. Report Options: Report violations by sellers to the administration.
